I have a Bachelors Degree in English. 
I worked With Schmolz & Bickenban Company in Dusseldorf,
 I managed accounts which included several face-to-face
negotiations in Germany and Turkey.
I helped with contract negotiations and marketing efforts
between the company and its foreign suppliers
and provided translation of trade-related documents.

About my Professional Short Sale Processor & Negotiator 

Laurie Pineda is a full time Professional Short Sale Processor & Negotiator; What does she do?
Once you have listed your home with Farima Tabrizi, I will be in continual communication with you throughout the Short Sale Process.
 I will work with you to acquire various financial items that will be required by your Lenders in order to Short Sale your home. Each Lender generally has their own set of paperwork that they require. Once I have all of the financial items needed and an offer to purchase on your property; I will then be able to open a Short Sale File with your Lender.
There is no set amount of time that it takes to get a Short Sale Approved and this fact alone will require a great deal of patience on your part however I will be working very closely with your Short Sale Lenders to keep things moving along as fast as possible.
During the process, the Lenders will require additional financial information from you as we get closer to Approval Stage.
I will be working closely with Farima Tabrizi and the Buyers Agent to make sure things progress as smoothly as possible.
